First satisfying weigh-in of my weight loss journey

I lost 600g and it’s mostly fat lost. The muscle mass was maintained.
This was despite a raw heel from wearing high heels and not being able to exercise much as a result.
Hmm, what would it have been if I just did not eat that Magnum ice-cream [...]
I approached my most recent weigh-in with trepidation…I did not ‘feel’ lighter. Then, to my surprise, I actually lost 800 g.
But the bad news is, I lost mainly muscles, and just a little fat. XNDO has an incredible weighing scale that even measures your basal metabolic rate. Mine’s gone down.
