This week I was more focused in eating my meals as I didn’t have to entertain much. The two times I ate out I took the low cal fish meal for dinner to compensate for added calories eaten outside lunch. I weighed in today & lost slightly more than 1 kilo this week! [...]

After returning to Singapore this week, I am back on my regime and have lost 1 kg! The new lower calorie meals are a great way to cut calories when you eat out & enjoy your favorite foods! This week I plan to increase my toning exercise.

This week I celebrated my birthday and had two scrumptious dinners out including a French dinner and birthday cake.  Thankfully my blockers saved the day and I managed to maintain my weight with no increase after weighing in!
