I have made a point to have at least 6 hours of sleep since I started on the XNDO programme. I should aim for 7-8 hours.

I decided I better listen to my mom about sleep. She even went as far as to cut out an article from Reader’s Digest on how lack of sleep causes weight gain, with scientific proof.

The University of Chicago found that a lack of sleep upsets our hormone balance. It triggers a decrease in leptin (which helps us feel full) and an in increase in ghrelin (which triggers hunger) and accounts for my all night eating in the past.
