This week was a good one. I was disciplined on the program and did 3 days of cardio workouts. I weighed in and lost fat and put on muscle. Starting to get more toned on my journey to my ideal weight and a healthier me! I am off to the US for a two week holiday so have stocked up on my blockers & I plan to take some shakes and fish meals to help me to keep my calorie count down as I will be with my extended family and will be having normal meals. I will bring my running shoes and will plan to do my kinetics too. Wish me well and I hope I don’t put on too much on holiday! I will be off the blog for two weeks but will update you when I am back on how I did. Cheers!
