Another step towards healthy weight!

I registered a loss of 300 g today. I knew I made a loss because my Armani jeans are starting to get loose. Both my muscle mass and fat went down, so I am told to maintain a high protein diet and increase my reps of static exercises to 100 from 80 and to preferably use weights. My hydration level is also good.
I realised that popcorn, the innocent fluffy looking snack (I had a whole boxful during the Transformers movie) is not that innocent. I shall not finish it next time – better to waste it than to waist it.
I discovered that I am able to accept XNDO’s protein shakes for breakfast much better than when I first started. It contains oat flour, which is high in protein as well as whey protein and albumin (protein in egg). It helps me to feel full as it also contains lots of soluble fibre and MCT (medium chain triglycerides) that produce satiation. I have successfully cut down from 2 breakfasts to just 1 a day.
And I calculated that I have lost 2.3 kg over 6 weeks, a sustained weight loss which I had never been able to maintain before…despite eating durians 3 times.
