Throughout my growing up years, my mom would say “It’s better to waste it than to waist it,” when it comes to eating. I never listened to her, of course, preferring to eat her money’s worth at buffets.

Now, my mom has been watching her weight and passing me her fat clothes now that she has slimmed down. My mom’s over 60 years old and I surely will not wear her butterfly-embroidered denim shirt nor her shapeless jeans. But the ultimate thing was when she turned up at my place one night and asked to borrow my bikini from 10 years ago!

That’s it. No way can I have a mother who is hotter than me. And gasp, I will not wait till I’m 60 to fit into a bikini again!
