This week in the newspapers there has been quite alot of focus on Xndo.  Moses Lim had a great article setting the record straight on the recent speculation that his weight loss was due to having a heart attack and suggestions that he would lose his funny x-factor now that he has lost 30kg.  Of course in reality, neither are true.  He certainly does still ‘crack me up’ (even when he does tell an audience of singaporeans not to listen to the ang moh when she tells you not to eat Laksa!) and his fantastic weight loss results are from 3 years of using the Xndo products and following the xndo system guided by his personal Xndo Practitioner Nicole.

In another story not related at all to Xndo, there was a sad story about someone dying 25 days after trying a fad diet that involved dramatically reducing calories.  I think it cements the importance of:

a) don’t follow fad diets

b) weight loss must be done in a safe, slow & gradual way  (don’t look
for a quick fix)  and

c)  a weight management program should be safe, science driven and have trained professionals to guide you.

It’s not long now until the big 10km SAFRA run… I’m slightly nervous… I’ve been plagued by sore knees and painful blisters on my feet and have had to reduce the amount of running each week at the gym but I’m back on track now.  I’m running 7km’s comfortably and hoping that on the day I’ll just make it to 10km.
