Weight Loss Tip: Recording what you consume daily

It’s been proven that people who write down everything they eat and drink will lose more weight than those that don’t. At the end of every day, make a habit of sitting down and record everything (and I mean everything) you consumed over the day. That includes all your meals, fruit, water, soft-drinks, coffees, milo, mints, lollies, tid- bits (everything). By writing everything down you are more accountable to what you consume - and it definitely makes you think twice about eating things if you have to read about it afterwards.
