Weight Loss at weigh-in

This week I was more focused in eating my meals as I didn’t have to entertain much. The two times I ate out I took the low cal fish meal for dinner to compensate for added calories eaten outside lunch. I weighed in today & lost slightly more than 1 kilo this week! Yipee!
