June is full of birthdays and birthdays means more food… haha… good thing I have p2 beta to help me guard off the excess carbo so I can still enjoy the party and not feel so guilty. I haven’t eaten so much for a long time so I felt uncomfortable when I overate… It taught me a lesson to listen to my stomach…:) On days that I don’t have a celebration I will replace 2 meals with shakes which works well with me. Oh and my current favourite shake is Chocolate… yummy…
