Today’s weigh in is the most satisfactory.

I lost 600g and it’s mostly fat lost. The muscle mass was maintained.

This was despite a raw heel from wearing high heels and not being able to exercise much as a result.

Hmm, what would it have been if I just did not eat that Magnum ice-cream or ordered all those deep fried stuff for dinner over the weekend.

I was told my weight loss progress is average. I have lost 1.8 kg in 4 weeks. This is by far the best progress I have ever made after not being able to lose anything consistently for a whole year, despite exercising.

I just want to do better for the next few weeks. I may have to get new jeans before the Great Singapore Sale is over J
