Eat Slowly!!  Often we return for second helpings of food before our brain recognises that we are actually full.  This week eat slowly, chew at least 15 times before you swallow your food and put your eating utensils down in-between mouthfuls of food.  If you are still hungry after you’ve finished your meal - wait 20 minutes and then assess your hunger again.  Don’t be too quick to get more food!
