The website filming was awesome - it’s so weird to hear and see yourself on video tape.  I can’t wait to see the finished product with all the animations added in. Only a short week at work for me this week as I’m heading back to Australia to visit family & friends. It’s winter over there so I’m looking forward to a change from the Singapore heat.  We have had an addition to our team this week - a new xndo practitioner called Christine. I think she’s going to be amazing and I can’t wait for her to finish all her training so she can begin with her own client base at the xndo centre.  The fitness training is going well so far… Saturday morning I ran 7km in 50 minutes. So I’m  going to have to speed it up a little to make 10km in 55 minutes.
I’ll keep trying!!
