Sigh. It’s taking me a long time to admit it, but I only lost a measly 100g at my second weigh in.

I think it was due to 3 bad decisions:

1)One Sunday afternoon, I went to Golden Mile Complex trying to eat authentic Thai street food. I took a little rice with my pig intestines, omelette and bamboo.
But across the road was the Beach Road hawker centre which has that famous char kway teow. I succumbed. That’s two lunches for me.

2)On a Sat afternoon, I met some volunteers who were going to Chiangmai. I bought a big pack of chips to share. Then I proceeded to almost finish it.

3)That Sat night, I had tofu cheese cake.

Otherwise, I would have lost a further 400g?
On a more positive note, my fat content went down and muscle mass went up.

The weekend’s here again. Got to proceed with caution.

But am encouraged by Natalie, my Xndo practitioner who keep reminding me that my goal is to attain ideal weight that is sustainable, and sometimes for some people it will require lifestyle changes which takes time, and bit by bit I will get there, and that the Xndo weight loss aids are meant to help me achieve this over time in a way that is sustainable.
