I felt kind of depressed this week as I’ve cravings for snacks which i know is bad for me, and did try to avoid them as much as possible. I thought I wouldn’t see any improvements this week as I wasn’t able to keep up with my walking and statics exercise too. But to my surprise, I still managed to reduce 0.7kg!
The Practitioner had also advised that if I do have cravings for snacks, I still can have them once in a while, but remember to take the blockers. At least I don’t have to abstain from them totally. So it wasn’t that bad after all.
