My goal for you all this week is to complete 30 minutes of kinetics every single day. Kinetics is one part of the recommended Xndo Exercise referring to continuously walking, strolling or gentle jogging. So every day put on your walking shoes - stand at your front door & start the timer…. Walk 15 minutes away from your door & then turn around and walk back. 30 minutes is easy. Remember not to stop!!
