Great news…The forum was a raging success. My presentation went great (apart from a computer technical problem in the middle of the talk…. slight panic for a few minutes)  I was a little worried that people would be horrified by my very graphic pictures of real people suffering from weight related illnesses & diseases but I think it made it real for everyone.  Your weight is not a matter of vanity, it’s really a matter of health.  The funniest thing that happened to me was this guy called Michael approached me after the talk to tell me “I’m alarming , yet so charming”  I think he liked the way I told everyone such terrible facts, all with a big smile on my face.  My latest purchase:  A mini trampoline……. so I can do some exercise in the morning & watch MTV at the same time (it’s too hot to run outside right now!!)
