Nat told me to alternate the XNDO packed meals with food I usually eat but reduce the carb portion and choose a not too oily form of protein and vege to fill me up . But I am quite sick of the food around my office which I usually eat. So I found myself getting a pack of XNDO’s Fish Risotto off the shelf at Watsons. The calorie count was quite low and I wonder if that’s why I didn’t feel too full. So I headed off to get a quarter roasted chicken with salsa and orange juice. That made me quite happy.
So far I am feeling quite satisfied with the taste of the food packs. I have tried beef casserole (got to take this well heated up), lamb korma and fish risotto. The vanilla shake takes more getting used to as it is quite fibrous. I ate chicken combos 1 & 2 and wonder what Chicken Combo 3 tastes like. Also my colleague Tee Yen as taken a liking to my chicken meals and keeps pinching them when I eat them. I should be more discreet when I have my meals. hahahah
But I must say the MCT Coffee and MCT Green Coconut, listed as behavioural aids, and really good to have as part of the overall XNDO plan, esp for people like me who eat non-stop throughout the day.
