Aim:
To get a 6-pack stomach and lose 10 kg.

This is the start of my journey to ACHIEVE MY AIM!

Day 1: 19 May 09 (Tue)

6.45 am:

Exercise: Did a 9.3 km run in about 1 hour 20 min. I am preparing for my 10 km fun run on 24 May that’s why.

8.40 am:

Breakfast Prelude: Had a glass of milk

9.30 am:

Breakfast 1: Gobbled up a lot of mangoes which colleague brought to work. Didn’t count how many

10.30 am:

Breakfast 2: 2-piece toast with cheese and an egg and latte with 1 tsp brown sugar. Fileo’s boss gave me 2 sambal prawns and 3 tablespoons of brown rice.

11.15 am:

Developed gastric. Maybe because I was hungry for too long before Breakfast 2. Had Smecta for gastric. That kind of curbed my appetite for lunch

12.15 pm:Did consultation with Natalie Brown. See separate post “Consultation”.

It took an hour to get some preliminary test results and Nat gave me an interpretation of the results. Next, Natalie designed a meal plan for me and proceeded to pick up the XNDO items that will help me…win the bets you guys place on me. Haha!

2.30 pm:

Tea-break: Gobbled up more mangoes. I had to bring them to another office on the pretext of letting other colleagues try the mangoes, just in case Jaslyn(the colleague with the yummy mangoes)decides to ration mangoes to me tomorrow. I even washed up the container to show my sense of camaraderie and consideration.

3.20 pm

Had Beef Korma. The picture shows the point when I started to feel full. But I pressed on since it is only 370 calories. It tastes better when it is piping hot.

4 pm

Jaslyn found out I ate most of the mangoes. Damn.
